Glenn Allan Alexander | MA, LMFT, CST
Therapist & Wellness Coach Pronouns: he/him/his
Health, Healing, and Hope are within reach for all.
Allan is passionate about helping his clients find and explore their authentic selves in a judgment-free space. He is committed to helping clients with challenging issues such as relationships, anxiety, depression, past hurts, life/religious transitions, personal growth, sexual health, or even unconscious obstacles that may hold them back.
Allan assists his clients as they define their vision of psychological, emotional, and sexual health for themselves, their partner(s), and their families. He helps his clients overcome the unique challenges they face in life by encouraging them to become their authentic selves, both personally and in their relationships.
He also dedicates himself to men’s issues such as positive masculinity, emotional intelligence, erectile dysfunction, OCSB (out-of-control sexual behaviors), and sexual identity journeys.
Allan utilizes his training and experience with issues regarding sex and sexuality. These areas are often not treated with the openness and respect it deserves. He is sex-positive, kink, poly, and BDSM-friendly. Allan brings years of lived experience as a member of the LGBTQIA2+ community to complement his clinical training and experience. He has experience working with couples and individuals (including teens, emerging adults, and adults).
Allan received his MA in Counseling Psychology from National University. Allan then completed his post-graduate sex and sexuality therapy training at the Bueller Institute in California. He also received his certifications as a sex therapist from the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
Allan is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Utah.
